Jiuzi Holdings (JZXN) has released an update. Jiuzi Holdings, Inc. has entered into a share purchase agreement to sell all of its 100% equity interest in Jiuzi (HK) Limited to Keda Technology Ltd for US$1,000,000. The sale includes Jiuzi (HK) Limited’s ownership of various PRC-based new energy and technology companies.
